About The Role
Flora Food Indonesia is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who will generate an important funnel of innovation and also be able to create lead generation and engagement within social media and linked in and website for key potential customers for acquisition.

About The Role
Flora Food Indonesia is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who will generate an important funnel of innovation and also be able to create lead generation and engagement within social media and linked in and website for key potential customers for acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- To Lead and Manage Innovation Project for Blue Band Professional (number of project leads within one year 8-10 projects) work with R&D and Supply Chain Indonesia and Global – project lead management happens once a week.
- To conduct Project Evaluation on NPD on Monthly Basis
- To conduct Training and work collaboratively with Global Team on Media Planning for Food Service especially in social media to create Leads, KOL Expert
- To manage Blue Band Community of Operators and Customers to develop loyalty programs and new Customers acquisition.
- To do coaching for subordinates
- To develop strong CRM for Customer Loyalty Program with one of CRM Agency to do cross sell, upsell and CRM related program
- To work with Sales Team for customer acquisition program.
- To seek partnership with E-Commerce, Quick Commerce Gojek and Grab for Customer Engagement
- You have proficient understanding on Marketing Management from Promoting the Superiority of the Product, Engaging The Customers, Leverage the Use of Social Media
- Strong in New Product Development (Concept Testing, P&L, Price Strategy and Customer Research) and able to lead project management locally with related function and also work collaboratively with Global Team
- You have excellent communication skills with different audiences at various levels in the organization (technical and non-technical)
Professional Skills & Experience
- Min. Degree in Marketing Specific in General Marketing
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant media planning and digital marketing execution experience (ideally FMCG)
- Strong skills in critical thinking, data analysis and identifying and communicating marketing and audience-led insights
- Strong Business Accumen
- Core aspects underpinning all skills: consumer empathy, creativity, analytical thinking, rigour, sharp and inspiring communication skills, complex project management skills, business planning, as well as working within an agile environment
- A business thinker, who has deep understanding of 3 C’s (Consumer, Customer, Competition), trends, practices, information and insights impacting the business, enabling sound decisions to be made. Can focus the team, agency and organization on the right issues to deliver targeted business results
