• Achieve sales targets.
• Manage marketing administration and sales and marketing strategies for multiple outlets.
• Execute marketing programs and events.
• Design concepts and ideas to enhance branding awareness and outlet sales with a target TC of 6.722.
• Engage directly with customers to build loyalty.
• Monitor customer and media opinions about the brand and products.
• Represent the brand in meetings with potential partners.
• Create and present reports on ongoing programs, events, and performance achievements.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously and coordinate research activities, including market targets, F&B trends, etc.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager (F&B field preferred).
• Understanding of brand and sales strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing social media content on Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Ability to manage and develop marketing campaign distribution.
• Target and detail-oriented.
• Possess strategies related to sales and revenue generation.
• Experience in evaluating market insights.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and individually.
