Key Result Areas

  • Community Engagement & Management
  • Campaign Planning, Execution, & Communications

Duties And Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong, active, and loyal user base.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the community, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Help to organize marketing events, webinars, and meetups to increase engagement and build a sense of belonging.
  • Monitor and report on insights to optimize community initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and participation.
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to amplify outreach efforts.

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at various stakeholders.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other digital media platforms to reach diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate events and workshops that promote the Foundation's initiatives and engage potential sponsors.

Brand Development

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities for brand enhancement and recognition in the community.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and community engagement efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Impact Lead and other stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and community engagement metrics.

Minimum Knowledge And Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in community management, partnership development, campaign management, or a related role (in B2B business will be a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and growing online and offline communities.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able join asap & commute to BSD
