  • Menyusun dan menawarkan solusi internet yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, baik untuk individu maupun bisnis.
  • Memahami berbagai produk dan paket yang ditawarkan, serta manfaatnya bagi pelanggan.
  • Mengedukasi pelanggan tentang fitur, manfaat, dan keunggulan layanan internet yang ditawarkan.
  • Proaktif dalam mencari prospek atau leads potensial melalui berbagai saluran (telepon, email, acara, media sosial, atau kunjungan langsung).
  • Memiliki keterampilan untuk mempengaruhi dan meyakinkan pelanggan untuk membeli layanan.
