  • Mencari konsumen dengan cara melakukan pendekatan kepada mitra kerja (dealer dan konsumen) untuk mendapatkan konsumen.
  • Melakukan survey kepada calon konsumen untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi untuk pelaporan hasil survey kepada koordinator guna proses persetujuan aplikasi
  • Memonitoring proses kredit konsumen sampai dengan pelunasan.
