Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market to identify consumer needs, trends, and competition to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Create event proposals that align with branch needs, target audience, and company guidelines, while building strong business relationships with partners and media involved in the events.
  • Analyze ongoing events and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
  • Manage social media accounts across various platforms, create promotional content, engage with consumers, and build a consumer database.
  • Analyze competitor activities and social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement and follow-up actions.
  • Build strong business relationships with media to support marketing activities (press releases, product launches, etc.) and boost sales.
  • Identify potential partnerships with brands, influencers, or communities in the branch area.

Requirements

  • ⁠Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (open to all majors, preferably Marketing, Management, Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field, with a preference for candidates with a background in Media (Print/Digital/Radio/TV) or creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Event & Media/Public Relations management.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
