- Ensure adequate raw material to support production plan and timely issuance of Purchase Requisition
- Monitor and expedite critical raw material to prevent stock out.
- Work closely with Production Planning team and highlight any supplies issues that will impact to production plan
- Coordinating with vendor and logistics team for material collection and provide information of shipment mode (by air or ocean)
- Provide rolling forecast of raw material to vendor/buyer as required
- Generate accurate weekly inventory reports and timely dispatch to relevant parties
- Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments.
- Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that are assigned by Management.
