Mechanical Engineering Technician

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees, contractors, and visitors according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Train and support Autonomous Maintenance teams in achieving, sustaining, and improving basic equipment conditions.
• Prepare, execute, register, evaluate, and improve planned maintenance activities
• Ensure and provide an uninterrupted supply of high-quality utility resources throughout the production process in compliance with HEINEKEN and local quality standards, regulations, and procedures, and thus contribute to the excellent finished product quality.
• Produce and report accurate and timely data and effectively communicate it to the relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate optimal decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance activities
• Experience with liquid processing equipment, Krones machines, and the TPM concept will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
• Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Improvement-oriented mindset
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
• Willingness to work in shifts
