Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ experience working as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, or related position
  • Having knowledge and skills of M&E project design, cost analysis and budgeting
  • Able to operate with Cost Analysis & Budgeting Program, Project Monitoring, and Program that related to Mechanical & Electrical
  • Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
  • Excellent skills in Ms. Office
  • Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang BO
  • Having experience in plantation companies and good understanding about agriculture project is a plus point

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Collaborate with project manager and user for project that would be developed
  • Analysis root causes of issue that showed up and make a recommendation to tackle that issues
  • Develop timeline of project or master schedule including goals that set on every checkpoints
  • Project Planning including cost budgeting, tools, materials, daily, weekly, and monthly work plan, manpower planning
  • Give advice and recommendation of contractors including their strength and weakness
  • Checking tender documents including structure draw, M&E draw, rules, and agreement
  • Monitoring every progress and ensure the progress is according to project planning
  • Do a documentations for every progress that had been completed so it recorded historically
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report and present it to project manager, supervisor, user or position that related to project
  • Collaborate with internal or external both before, during, after project to reduce miscommunication
