- Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan sesuai standar perusahaan.
- Melakukan monitoring dan memastikan ketersediaan stok produk di outlet wilayah penjualan.
- Menguasai pengetahuan produk (Product Knowledge) untuk mendukung aktivitas penjualan.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan kerja sama yang baik dengan stakeholder.
- Memantau dan memastikan kelancaran distribusi produk di area penjualan.
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK dari semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales/marketing.
- Memiliki SIM C aktif dan kendaraan bermotor sebagai sarana mobilitas dalam menunjang aktivitas kerja di lapangan.
- Memiliki ketertarikan dengan pekerjaan lapangan, target-oriented, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja secara mobile dengan perjalanan dinas untuk penempatan area kerja di Yogyakarta.
