  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology. A Master's Degree in Psychology is considered a strong advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching and mentoring experience preferably in Education industry
  • Excellent communication and capable to work both collaboratively in teams and independently
  • Willing to be placed at Malang, East Java

Requirements

  • ⁠Ensure effective implementation of mentoring program and learning processes to enhance students’ academic achievement
  • ⁠Guarantee the quality of mentor in order to obtain effective program implementation and completion
  • ⁠Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • ⁠Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
