- A deep understanding of financial principles, valuation, and financial modelling
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- At least 5 years experience (for Manager) in a M&A or Corporate Finance environment, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility study to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Identify and assess potential targets
- Develop and implement M&A strategy
- Conduct due diligence
- Negotiate deal terms
- Manage the M&A process
- Develop financial models and valuations
