The main focus of this role is driving user acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and achieving business growth through social media channels.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other social platforms like Tiktok, Snack Video etc.
- Implement platform-specific best practices for audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives (video, image, carousel, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, Social Media,Lead Nurture, Brand team) to align marketing strategy.
- Stay up to date with social media advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform-specific innovations.
- Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize result with healty ROAS.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media advertising with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and improving customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Experience with creative development, especially for video and mobile-first ad formats (e.g., TikTok video ads).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization techniques with data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, as it aligns with industry-specific app user behaviors and marketing strategies.
- Have Meta Blueprint certifications (prefered).
