Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Microsoft Engineer to join our Delivery & Support Team in Yogyakarta. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or junior talents who are eager to dive into the world of Microsoft technologies, providing hands-on support and working on real implementation projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide front-line technical support and troubleshoot Microsoft-related issues
  • Monitor system performance and assist with updates/configurations
  • Document incidents and contribute to technical knowledge base
  • Support project execution and ensure smooth operational processes
  • Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers when needed
  • Assist in reporting, system analysis, and documentation tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, M365, Teams, Azure, Intune)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and be based in Yogyakarta
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus
