Responsibilities

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across various digital and print platforms. Your role will focus on designing, developing, and enhancing multimedia assets that align with our brand and communication strategies. Key responsibilities include:

Digital and Print Design: Create a wide range of digital and print designs, including graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets to support marketing, branding, and promotional efforts.

Video Production & Editing: Develop and edit video content tailored to different platforms, ensuring consistency in storytelling and branding.

Convert written content into informative and engaging videos to effectively communicate our messages to the audience.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Design and implement basic animations or motion graphics to enhance digital content, making it more interactive and appealing for viewers.

UI/UX Design (As Needed)

Collaborate on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design projects, ensuring functionality and visual appeal, based on specific project requirements.

Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia designs and assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fields
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or a related field.
• Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Video Editing: Strong skills in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Motion Graphics: Experience in animation and motion graphics using tools such as After Effects.
• UI/UX Design: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Storytelling: Ability to convert complex ideas and messages into visually engaging multimedia content.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
