Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic National Sales Partner in Indonesia to drive our regional expansion. This role is crucial in establishing SkillSpot.ai's presence and growing our client base in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote SkillSpot.ai services in Indonesia
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HR and online services sectors
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SkillSpot.ai's market share
• Collaborate with the SkillSpot.ai team to align local sales efforts with global company objectives
• Provide valuable market insights to help refine our service offerings for the Indonesian market
• Represent SkillSpot.ai at industry events and networking opportunities
• Manage and grow a local sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
• Registered company with legal entity status in Indonesia
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the HR/Online services sector
• Established network and connections within Indonesia's business community
• Demonstrated understanding of local market dynamics and business culture
• Fluency in English and relevant local language(s)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Successful history of sales partnerships or agency relationships
• Financial stability and resources to invest in promoting SkillSpot.ai services
• Existing sales infrastructure and team in place
• Experience with SaaS or HR technology products
