Network and Technical Support Officer

Minimum Qualifications: Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Experience

At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field.

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated ability in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.

• Proven knowledge and experience in secure system design, configuring and managing security devices, security monitoring, and implementing cybersecurity prevention measures to protect critical infrastructure.

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system stability, security, and efficient performance.

• Comprehensive knowledge in implementing and managing virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V, to enhance resource utilization and system scalability.

• Practical experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable and flexible infrastructure management.

• Solid understanding of the capital market and its technology requirements, enabling effective support for operational systems related to trading and exchanges.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.

• Clear communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for all audiences.

• Natural collaborator who fosters a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Adaptable in fast-paced environments, staying calm and focused while embracing new technologies.

General Requirements:

• Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
