Job Descriptions
- Prepare and process candidate offer letters based on hiring requests and approved packages.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating hiring data on systems and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Rewards, Hiring Manager) for offer and hiring needs.
- Maintain and organize digital records of offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Support the team in tracking hiring progress and generating daily/weekly reports.
- Handle candidate inquiries regarding offer and onboarding processes in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in continuous process improvement to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Management, Psychology, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administrative or HR-related roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel).
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
