Responsibilities:

Responsibility:

• Supports the development of strategic plan for CI area by aligning it with overall business strategy.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and processes within the organization’s quality management system.
• Assists in conducting audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of process excellence principles.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for process excellence.
• Monitor industry trends and stay updated on latest advancements in process excellence methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma Methodology.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem solving.
