  • Minimum 1 year work experience in the role of technician building
  • Ready to work in a team, proactive
  • Have negotiation skills
  • Placement in Summarecon Tangerang

Job Description:

  • Review and supervise infrastructure work
  • Perform maintenance and support related to utilities and infrastructure of parks and areas
  • Repair utilities and infrastructure
  • Study working drawings and specifications
  • Conduct internal checklists for handover preparation
  • Provide technical support when needed
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, and other departments
