Offshore Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in technical engineering administration, including cost estimation and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of marine engineering, particularly in crane and diving operations.
• Advance familiarity with MIGAS procurement regulations (PTK007).
• Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure those contracted barge and diving are utilized properly, working safely based on available and optimizing work order.
• Prepare new tender document of crane barges and diving operation together with SVC/CTC and C&P team, including amendment if necessary.
• Monitor any documentation, findings, permit, IRC of barges to ensure the operationability.
• Monitor fuel inquiry and fleets consumption during contract period.
• Monitor contract value consumption of each barge and diving contract and prepare necessary ITW for the job to be performed.
• Monitor contractor report, safety monitoring and anomaly issuance.
• Coordinate budget expenditure and prepare IB, Pre IB, IB, PDC in coordination with ECP/FIN.
• Prepare close out report for site prep dredging on each well, in coordination with CRD.
• Report and monitor KPI (NPT, IRC, number of site prep, cluster maintenance, broken pile removal, etc.) of CST/OFF in coordination with ECP/QSE.
