Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies to optimize online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and other digital marketing avenues
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement and sales
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all online channels.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Enhance the online shopping experience by identifying areas for improvement in navigation, layout, and user experience.
  • Manage budgets for online marketing campaigns and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in online channel management or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee and TikTok) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent with implementation of SEO/SEM strategies.
