  • Assist in the analysis of Operational Business Processes and Workflows to identify automation and efficiency potential.
  • Assist in measuring operational metrics, data collection, and root cause analysis
  • Build, and maintain operational metrics dashboards for stakeholders
  • Performing analysis, and enhancing dashboard related to generate better insight for stakeholders
  • Build, and maintain simple excel/spreadsheet tools to help improve operational efficiencies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information System, Management, or related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field (Process Improvement / Excellence, Continuous improvement)
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Office features (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) is a plus.
  • Experience with BigQuery and Spreadsheet integration is a plus
  • Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Analytical Skill
