Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations & managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of services, or coordinating the work of different teams within the organization.
• Implementing operational strategies Putting plans into action to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of output. This might involve streamlining processes, introducing new technologies, or optimizing resource allocation.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. This could involve analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Making sure that operations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges that arise. This may require quick thinking, decision-making, and collaboration with other teams.
• Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including management, employees, customers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
• Being accountable for achieving specific goals and objectives related to efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Responsible for the efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could disrupt operations.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve operational processes and performance.

Requirements

• Experienced in Warehouse and Distribution
• Proficient in English
• Experienced in Administrative and Inventory
• Able to create, present and analyze data using Ms. Excel
• Able to create complex dashboards for operational activities
• Have a good communication and leadership skill
