Responsibilities:

  • Mengirimkan report (inbound, outbound, stock, dan yang diperlukan lainnya) kepada customer maupun pihak internal tepat waktu
  • Berkomunikasi dengan customer, vendor, maupun internal via email maupun direct phone
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan terkait aktivitas customer
  • Menyimpan dokumentasi aktivitas
  • Memastikan pemenuhan order customer tereksekusi dengan benar
  • Melakukan checking dokumen shipment
  • Melakukan stock opname sesuai timeline


Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any field.
  • Required skill(s): have experienced minimum 1 years in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics Operation
  • Expertize Knowledge in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding
