Responsibilities
- Mengirimkan report (inbound, outbound, stock, dan yang diperlukan lainnya) kepada customer maupun pihak internal tepat waktu
- Berkomunikasi dengan customer, vendor, maupun internal via email maupun direct phone
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan terkait aktivitas customer
- Menyimpan dokumentasi aktivitas
- Memastikan pemenuhan order customer tereksekusi dengan benar
- Melakukan checking dokumen shipment
- Melakukan stock opname sesuai timeline
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any field.
- Required skill(s): have experienced minimum 1 years in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics Operation
- Expertize Knowledge in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding
