Job Descriptions:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of department managers and staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor guest feedback and conduct regular service reviews to improve the overall guest experience.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve the financial performance of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations (e.g., local food safety laws, sanitation).
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential hazards or risks.
  • Coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and seasonal activities to drive sales and attract guests.

Job Qualifications:
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including kitchen and front-of-house processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
