Were looking for a Operational (Mandarin Speaker) who can lead multi-functional teams and ensure seamless campaign execution for local and international brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects
- Plan, execute, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate across creative, media, digital, and PR teams to ensure smooth collaboration
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation: timelines, status reports, post-mortems
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and campaign execution
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4)
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Chinese stakeholders is a strong plus
- Experience managing campaigns for international brands
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
