Novelship is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient fulfillment to users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve Supply Source issues through timely communication and problem-solving.
• Expedite orders by monitoring and raising speed up requests.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and expediting orders based on urgency.
• Document records related to disputes and urgent processing requests.
• Identify areas to improve work processes.
• Support any other Operations and Logistics needs during peak season.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Able to work on Mobile including chat softwares like WhatsApp, WeChat, Slack, etc.
• Punctuality and Timeliness.
• Interest in Sneakers is a plus point.
