Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Department Head to lead our Production and PPIC divisions. This role ensures the production process, timely production, and inventory control while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production and PPIC operations to meet business targets
• Plan and optimize resources for cost-effective and timely manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop teams for continuous operational improvement

Qualifications

• D3 or Bachelor from Mechanical Engineering or related major
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position and industry
• Expertise in production planning and inventory control
• Skilled in operating and understanding CNC machines and production processes
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
