Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead a fully operational team to support the long-term development strategy of the company.
• Analyze workplace productivity and develop strategies to improve productivity and production schedule.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusing on organizational strategy.

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize and coordinate day to day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements.
• Confers with manufacturing team on the application of continuous improvement methods and meeting production standards and quality parameters for production related activities.
• Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
• Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and maintain process control.
• Ensure Plant's compliance in company policies and procedure based on government regulatory requirement, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.
