- Follow & comply with company policies Ensure all HSSE protocols and regulation are followed during operation in LOBP Area, including to avoid any activity that can harm people or environment..
- Operate Filling Lines (non bulk & bulk loading line) in accordance with the Production Plan and LQS/GQS requirements including set up and prepare machines for operation, ensuring proper working condition
- Conduct regular quality inspection as LQS Standard Collaboration with Maintenance team to ensure Filling and associated equipment availability is optimized
- To perform basic troubleshooting (level 1) of filling machine equipment.
- Be familiar with potential hazard in the workplace (including Quality hazard, Environmental Hazard and Safety Hazard), how to mitigate the risk and report any incident, potential incident and near miss through the proper channel in timely manner.
- Perform 5S activity in the workplace.
- Perform waste segregation (between organic, non-B3 and B3) and flush oil handling in Filling area.
