- Pendidikan SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin/Listrik
- Memahami cara kerja mesin produksi, (Bubut, Millin, Drilling dan CNC)
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Maintenance
- Melakukan inspeksi mesin-mesin produksi
- Melakukan perbaikan mesin produksi (Bubut, Milling dan Drilling, CNC)
- Control dan support electrical system di Building Workshop
- Memasang, menguji, dan memperbaiki peralatan listrik, seperti panel listrik, kabel, peralatan kontrol, dan sistem distribusi daya
- Melakukan reguler maintenance kompressor & genset
