Location: DHL Global Forwarding, Indonesia, based in Company Head Office, BSD, South Tangerang

Reporting to: Order Management Solution Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Order Management Solution Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and driving improvements in our operational processes, ensuring that we meet customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while keeping daily operations on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously review and enhance operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance, particularly regarding data and documentation, to meet customer SOP and Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) standards.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify recurring issues.
• Serve as a Key Account Specialist, coordinating with customers to obtain necessary approvals for shipment arrangements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage exceptions effectively.
• Ensure correct data entry in InforNexus for enhanced customer visibility.
• Place bookings with shipping lines as required.
• Guide vendors to comply with SOPs and support their education programs.
• Ensure timely collection of invoice payments and maintain zero outstanding local invoices.
• Oversee daily account management tasks, ensuring all operations are on track.
• Manage closing files and maintain proper filing on a monthly basis.
• Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) procedures and regulations.
• Actively participate in all QHSE programs.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the freight forwarding and logistics sectors, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Strong managerial skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work in PO management or end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on achieving results while maintaining respect for team members and stakeholders.
