Organization Development & Performance Data Specialist

• Manage data performance and achievement departement, HR metrics.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns (e.g turnover, engagement, perfromance)
• Create reports and dashboard to present to HR and management teams.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree majoring Mathematic or Statistic.
• Min 2,5 years of working experiences as HR Analytics
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableu or other data analysis software.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and understable way.
• Strong analytical and strong communication skill.
