Parts Clerk

To process Parts orders from all customers.
Your responsibilities

• Create quotation from customer's inquiry or purchase requisition.
• Issue necessary documents such as Delivery Note prior releasing any spareparts to end-user / customer.
• Issue system invoice for delivered parts and distribute to Accounting dept.
• Responsible to contriving list report for estimation of delivery time from factory to customer.
• Maintain customer's back order and produce report regularly.
• Assist other Parts Clerk (for spare parts process) for processing order from external customers.
• To do all task related to the scope of work which instructed by superior.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Education Min D3
• High standard of personal work ethic.
• Ability to work with BAAN program.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
