Parts Inventory Supervisor

To assist Inventory Manager in activities to maintain Liebherr Indonesia inventory parts availability.
Your responsibilities

• Organizing daily parts procurement activities at Liebherr Balikpapan.
• Monitor and review periodic stock order based on research of MRP proposal generated by BAAN system and parts request through PSR.
• Monitor and review periodic replenishment orders based on research of DRP proposal generated by BAAN system, to support parts availability at Consignment Warehouses, VHS and PTL Branch.
• Keep a good cooperation to all personnel, and to make sure that the precedure of safety working and of safety environment are applied well.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Education minimum D3.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Heavy Mining Equipment Industry and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to work with Baan Program.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
• Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate so that all mistake can be minimized.
