As An Pastry Chef We Rely On You To
- Develop & crafting new pastry product which is unique, creative and luxury
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards in compliance to the Shangri-La Food Safety standards
- Leads the team to create a product that can enhance Guest Dining Experience
- Ensure all daily operation is well prepared and smooth operation in consistent standard
- Assist in maximising profitability & strong in controlling cost
- Is Creative and passionate to craft beautiful and luxury product
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spoken
- Strong Leadership to the team in positive manner / approach
- Has good interpersonal skills and a role model
- Preferably has experience working in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
