As An Pastry Chef We Rely On You To

• Develop & crafting new pastry product which is unique, creative and luxury
• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards in compliance to the Shangri-La Food Safety standards
• Leads the team to create a product that can enhance Guest Dining Experience
• Ensure all daily operation is well prepared and smooth operation in consistent standard
• Assist in maximising profitability & strong in controlling cost
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is Creative and passionate to craft beautiful and luxury product
• Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spoken
• Strong Leadership to the team in positive manner / approach
• Has good interpersonal skills and a role model
• Preferably has experience working in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
