Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly payroll process for permanent, contract, and daily workers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure the accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime data through the HRIS system.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration, including enrollment, changes, claims, and terminations.
• Calculate and report monthly and annual PPh 21 tax in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and manpower cost summaries for management and audit purposes.
• Develop and improve payroll procedures in line with company policy and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Production departments for data synchronization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Law, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Payroll Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and PPh 21 tax regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., Talenta, LinovHR, SAP, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas).
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Willing to work full-time onsite (WFO) at Metland Puri, Tangerang.
