Payroll Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and accurate execution of payroll processes. • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for permanent and non-employee (TER) staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with PPh 21 tax regulations, addressing tax requirements and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage payroll data, benefits, and statutory obligations efficiently
• Maintain and update employee records with a meticulous focus on detail, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation

Key Skills & Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll experience; experience in a payroll services company is preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and PPh 21 regulations for both permanent and non-employee staff (TER)
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
