We Are Forestry Company base in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan our location is on East Kutai, West Kutai, this position looking for ready talent who will to be placement on Balikpapan. Only suitable candidate will process

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Experiences in a plantation or palm oil company
  • Proven experience handling payroll for a large employee base
  • Strong Understanding of payroll laws, BPJS and tax regulations
  • Proficient in payroll software and microsoft excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Process Payroll for approximately 1000 employees on reguler basis
  • Ensure Accurate Calculation of salaries, deductions, taxes etc
  • Maintain monthly payroll records and reports
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees
  • Ensure Compliance with BPJS and payroll tax regulation
