As a Payroll Staff, you will handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for our team.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or accounting (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, applying correct deductions and benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and payroll-related regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports for management and audits.
