What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Business Partnering & Strategy Execution: Meet regularly with business leaders to understand priorities and challenges, providing P&C insights and solutions that align with business needs. Implement P&C strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals and culture.
• Budgeting & Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing P&C-related data for the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and efficient financial planning.
• Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Support employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with Employer Branding to enhance workplace culture. Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning to foster a performance-driven environment.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Work with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruitment processes and assist in executing talent development programs that align with company growth and employee goals.
• Salary & Compliance Management: Prepare competitive salary offers, ensure internal equity, and support the implementation of P&C policies in line with company regulations.
• Employee Lifecycle Support & Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage various employee lifecycle processes, from probation and contract management to exit interviews and clearance. Handle any additional tasks related to the People & Culture function as needed.

We want you to be a person who:

• Has 3+ Years of HR Experience: Demonstrates a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, with experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations in a fast-paced environment
• Has HR Business Partner Experience: Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is a preferred
• Has CoE Exposure: Experience in areas such as L&D, C&B, or HRIS is a plus
• Has Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve complex problems effectively
• Is Self-Motivated & Organized: Highly resourceful, resilient, and committed, with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Is Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Communication Skills: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
