About the Role

We’re a growing digital marketing agency, as now we’re 40+ talented people. Our services are performance marketing, social media, SEO, creative content, and design. We’re also expanding into creative campaign services, and we believe our people are the core of everything we do.

We’re looking for a People & Culture Lead who can help us shape, nurture, and grow a high-performing, purpose-driven team. This role will be both strategic and hands-on — responsible for building the foundation of our people systems while championing culture, productivity, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities1. People & Culture Development
  • Design, implement, and sustain programs that enhance team engagement, collaboration, and sense of belonging.
  • Partner with leadership to define and develop company culture, ensuring it’s consistently practiced and felt across all teams.
  • Plan and execute internal initiatives (e.g., town halls, team bonding, training, recognition programs, and so on).
2. Performance & Growth
  • Develop and roll-out performance review systems and career growth frameworks.
  • Identify training and development needs, and create learning opportunities that elevate skills across departments.
  • Monitor productivity levels and collaborate with team leads to master high agency mentality, ownership, and accountability.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future roles, especially within digital and creative domains.
  • Create a structured onboarding as well as offboarding process that ensures new hires quickly integrate into the company culture.


4. Policy & People Operations
  • Develop and maintain People policies, handbooks, and compliance documentation aligned with local labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate reporting.
5. Strategic Contribution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people strategy, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in people management.
  • Build a transparent, fair, and empowering work environment.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management — ideally in a digital, creative, or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and modern people strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and execute culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic, structured, and passionate about helping people grow and perform at their best.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
