People Development Intern

Our People Development intern will assist on levelling up our talent as well as contribute to training activities in the company. We are looking for a person who communicates well and is highly passionate in people development fields. Are you the one we are looking for?

What You Will Do:

• Handling administration things related to People Development.
• Assist to create and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, and simulations.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
• Ensuring the effectivity of learning programs implementation through conducting post-learning evaluation
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Performs other related duties as required.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology / Human Capital Management major or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
• Active in organizations in-campus or off-campus, and have great project management skills
• Have the hunger to learn something new and a great problem solver
• Collaborative and have great interpersonal communications skills
