  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business goals, including leadership development and succession planning.
  • Design and oversee learning & development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Assess organizational talent gaps and create tailored development programs to improve workforce performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to ensure competency frameworks and career progression plans are effectively implemented.
  • Manage and optimize learning platforms and HR technology, ensuring efficient tracking of employee progress and development.
  • Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering innovation and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of learning & development (L&D), succession planning, competency frameworks, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess talent needs and design effective development programs.
  • Experience with HR technology & assessment tools, including LMS, psychometric assessments, and performance management systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business leaders and drive talent initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
