People Engagement Manager

• Responsible & accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework and activities that uphold company culture, branding and values
• Define directions and strategy in developing and nurturing the employee engagement activities, leadership development and training if needed (internally & externally)
• Lead, manage, and drive people focused projects as part of organization strategic focuses and needs
• Ensure organization activities and programs align with company culture, branding & values
• Oversee program development, propose recommendation, oversee budget & manage OP strategy needs. Includes change management, team building, operational workshops, etc.
• Governs, develop, and sustain people engagement framework & approach that encompasses processes, standards & rules that apply
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively work with site leadership team to help positively influence company culture, branding & values
• Interface with close partnership with internal & external parties on all people engagement relevant topics.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical is an advantage, or degree in human resources, communications, or any related field with 5+ years of experience in HR, communications, training and possess profound experience in managing people engagement activities in large scale company with >2000 employees
• Possess strategic thinking and planning skills
• Project management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, situational analysis, and datainterpretation to provide insights
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Experience with employee engagement platforms and survey tools
• Excellent communication in English, verbal & written.
