  • Advise clients on developing and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage team to assist clients in people and organization function.
  • Allocate resources, oversee project timelines, and ensure team productivity.
  • Support clients in managing organizational change and transitions.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions that meet their specific challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in senior HR or consulting, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Have a communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Have a professional certifications would be advantage.
