PERSONAL ASSISTANT to CEO
We are medium start up company that will scale up soon to big start up company. Our work culture upholds the values of the Qur'an & Hadith. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing day to day agenda and ensuring efficient workflow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has excellent communication and time-management skills. [Key Task]
1. Agendas & Travel Management
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating complex travel arragements and equipments.
2. CEO's Personal Branding
- Manage the CEO's strategic personal branding on Instagram and TikTok, include editing reels/short videos for personal branding purposes (preferred).
3. High Quality Administration Projects
- Perform research, manage data, and assist the CEO with various executive projects as needed.
- Coordinate with all departements for schedulling, meeting reviews, briefings, and follow-ups on action plans or working progress.
- Distribute materials, reports and presentations needed by the CEO.
4. Professional Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO, handling correspondence and interactions with professionalism and confidence.
5. Meeting Support
- Prepare agendas, self-presentable, and briefing materials to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for every meeting in daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
6. Event Planning
- Organize and manage logistic for both business and personal events with exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct research and provide data support for business development.
7. Availability and Flexibility
- Be ready to work outside standard hours and travel as required by the role.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the CEO and the company professionally, fostering strong relationship with internal and external connection & networking.
[Qualification]
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in marketing, management, business, communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Have knowledge of digital marketing, especially content creation and editing.
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trend.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similiar position.
- Have a valid SIM A and SIM C driver's license.
- Have a strong work ethic and is capable of aligning with the company's vision.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Energetic, confident, and reliable.
- Willing to travel frequently for out-of-town assignments.
- Honest, responsible, adaptable, and able to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta and work full-time on-site (WFO).
