Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner PRN (weekends and some weekdays)

This full-time position as a Medical Provider involves evaluating and treating urgent care patients, injured workers, and performing work and sports physicals.

• Assess and manage acute minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic condition exacerbations, including minor procedures like laceration repairs and cyst excisions.
• Stabilize serious conditions, facilitate transfers, and provide follow-up care for work-related injuries.
• Conduct wellness, pre-employment, and sports physicals; interpret lab, radiology, EKG, and pulmonary tests.
• Document encounters accurately, bill appropriately, and respond to hospital and emergency situations, including Code Blue and disaster incidents.
• Collaborate with staff, ensure quality assurance, and serve as shift team leader when qualified.
  
  

Qualifications include licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with at least two years of independent primary or urgent care experience. Strong communication, diagnostic, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential. The role offers a salary range of $93,600–$140,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The position requires in-person work in Pocatello, ID, with relocation prior to starting.
